Northeast Human Service Center is one of eight regional human service centers within North Dakota Health and Human Services. Grafton provides residential services, including: Secure, trauma-informed psychiatric residential treatment (PRT) for individuals between the ages of 6 and 21 with intellectual disabilities, autism, and simultaneous psychiatric conditions requiring a secure environment.

Grafton operates two Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF) — located in Berryville, Virginia and Cold Spring, Minnesota — providing intensive behavioral health treatment to help children and adolescents develop the skills necessary to be successful in a community setting.
